Who else wants to shed fat fast and easy? Here are 4 extremely powerful tips that helped me along my journey to lose 52 pounds of stubborn body fat in 8 weeks... for good.
1. Work to achieve attainable goals so that you can stay motivated and consistent. Most people set out on a mission to do the impossible when they first start a program. This is only going to set you up for disaster...
especially if you don't have any experience with effective dieting and exercising. The best thing to do is to set small goals in the beginning, and focus on achieving those goals first. Once you make those accomplishments, you will find it much more simpler to achieve your ultimate goals. You will also find that you will be more motivated and consistent with your plan.
2. Never eat to become full and never become too hungry. Eating to become "full" can cause your metabolism to slow down and retain excess calories as excess fat. Waiting until you are hungry before you eat can cause you to slip and eat something you shouldn't due to an overwhelming craving.
The best solution is to find a diet where you will be eating more frequently throughout the day.
3. Ensure you are doing the TOTAL package of living healthy. Many will start a diet and think that is all they have to do in order to shed fat fast... and this is further from the truth... and I had to learn that the hard way! In order to get amazing results, you have to do the total package of healthy living. This means drinking a lot of water, exercising, getting plenty of sleep, detoxifying your body, etc.
4. Avoid crash dieting. Trust me on this, I know how tempting those crash diets can be. And this is because they "appear" to be a quick solution to losing weight and burning fat. My friend, from using just about all types of crash diets there are, I can tell you from firsthand experience that they are not only ineffective at producing significant results, most of those diets will end up causing you to put whatever amount of weight (which won't be that significant with fad diets) you've just dropped... right back on!
